Hoti was formally registered and known as Miletech Construction Company which was Ten years old since inception. Established in Ghana on the first February Two Thousand (1st Feb 2000), Hoti is registered under the company code. 1963, Act 179 with the certificate of Incorporation No. CA-39,476 and has effectively complied with the provision of section 27 and 28 of the companies’ code 1963.
Hoti is also registered at the Ministry of water Resources, Works and Housing with certificate No. MWH/CERT No. 308229A.
Hoti is managed by Eight Senior Staff Board members with the founder Executive Dir. EMILE ATSU SENYO MENSAH. As the CEO.

HOTI carries however the sympathy of all those out there, who have fallen victim of architectural, civil and real estate engineering malpractices from some angles in the past and fosters their generosities and efforts instead. HOTI does not pad with loyal tribes, families, religions, societies, parties or friends, or any kind of social body but with the competent and qualifies individuals who will always act professionally with no vested interest but with exit on success. The fundamental bottom- up initiative of HOTI with regard to its operations is to erase any individual or group of people who may tend to celebrate mediocrity at work.
Achievement and fulfillment are anchored in finding a balance in life that involves Physical/moral, financial, social and spiritual well being of the people. Totally pursuing only one element without setting idea on any recourse to others creates an imbalance which can be costly.
